お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルは原則お受けしておりません。

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.

■ 当社責任による返品 / Returns Due to Our Responsibility

明らかな商品違い、重大な破損がある場合のみ対応いたします。
商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

Only in cases of clear product mismatch or severe damage. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

■ プレミアム玩具（Premium Toys）について

限定品・廃盤品・長期保管品・中古品・コレクション品は、経年劣化・保存状態を前提とした現状販売（As-Is）となります。
外箱の擦れ・変色・内部電池劣化・動作未確認等は不良品に該当しません。

Premium Toys (limited, discontinued, long-term stored, used, collectible items) are sold As-Is. Deterioration over time, box damage, battery aging, or untested operation do not constitute defects.

■ 海外販売について / International Sales

通関拒否・没収・規制対象となった場合の返金・再発送は行いません。
関税・輸入税はお客様負担となります。

We are not responsible for customs refusal, confiscation, or regulatory restrictions. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

不正注文について / Fraudulent Orders

不正利用が疑われる場合、当社判断により注文をキャンセルする場合があります。

Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled at our discretion.

配送業者による遅延、天候・災害等による配送遅延について当社は責任を負いかねます。

準拠法・管轄 / Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本取引は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

This transaction shall be governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
