退貨・換貨・取消 / Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

■ 基本方針 / Basic Policy

原則上不接受因顧客個人因素造成的退貨、換貨及取消。

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.

■ 本公司責任的退貨 / Returns Due to Our Responsibility

僅受理明顯商品錯誤或重大損壞的情況。
請於收到商品後7天內聯繫我們。

Only in cases of clear product mismatch or severe damage. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

■ 關於頂級收藏玩具（Premium Toys）

限定品、停產品、長期庫存品、二手品及收藏品，以經年劣化及保存狀態為前提，採現況販售（As-Is）。
外盒刮傷、變色、內部電池劣化、動作未確認等，不構成瑕疵。

Premium Toys (limited, discontinued, long-term stored, used, collectible items) are sold As-Is. Deterioration over time, box damage, battery aging, or untested operation do not constitute defects.

此外，未組裝模型套件的流道（零件框架）脫落部分，出貨前雖已確認，但可能有遺漏。流道脫落不構成瑕疵。

For unassembled model kits, parts may occasionally be detached from runners (the plastic frames). We inspect items before shipment, but minor detachment may be overlooked and does not constitute a defect.

■ 關於海外銷售 / International Sales

遇通關拒絕、沒收或受法規限制時，不予退款或重新發貨。
關稅及進口稅由顧客負擔。

We are not responsible for customs refusal, confiscation, or regulatory restrictions. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

關於不正當訂單 / Fraudulent Orders

若疑似不正當使用，本公司得依判斷取消訂單。

Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled at our discretion.

免責事項 / Disclaimer

因配送業者造成的延誤，或因天候、災害等造成的配送延誤，本公司恕不負責。

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or natural disasters.

關於包裝材 / Packaging

本店基於對環境的關懷，將使用過的紙箱作為包裝材再利用（SDGs倡議）。紙箱已消毒清潔後出貨，但可能留有輕微污漬或膠帶痕跡。商品本身的品質不受影響。

In line with our SDGs commitment, we reuse cardboard boxes for packaging. Boxes are cleaned and sanitized before use, but may show minor marks or tape residue. This does not affect product quality.

準據法・管轄 / Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本交易依日本法律為準，如發生糾紛，以東京地方裁判所為專屬合意管轄法院。

This transaction shall be governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
