複数購入の場合は可能な限り同梱し、最も大きいサイズ区分の送料のみ適用します。
For multiple items, we bundle whenever possible and charge only the largest size category.

2. International Shipping / 海外配送

3. Delays & Redelivery / 遅延・再配送

• 天候・物流混雑・通関手続き等による遅延について当店は責任を負いません。
  We are not liable for delays caused by weather, logistics, or customs.
• 長期不在・受取拒否による再発送には追加費用が発生する場合があります。
  Additional fees may apply for redelivery due to absence or refusal.

4. 送料の決定方法（サイズ区分について）/ Shipping Fee Calculation (Size Category)

送料は、商品登録時に当店が設定した想定サイズ区分（ヤマト運輸の60〜170サイズ）に基づき、チェックアウト時にシステムが自動計算します。
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size category (Yamato Transport's 60–170 size classification) that we assign to each product in advance.

実際の梱包サイズが、同梱の結果や商品の個体差等により、システムで計算されたサイズ区分より小さくなった場合でも、原則として送料の差額返金は行いません。逆に、実際の梱包サイズがシステム計算より大きくなった場合も、当店から追加送料を請求することはございません。
Even if the actual packed parcel turns out smaller than the system-calculated size category (e.g., due to bundling or product variation), we will not refund the shipping fee difference. Conversely, if the actual parcel is larger than the calculated category, we will not charge additional shipping fees.

送料区分の設定・調整は当店の裁量により行っており、個別のサイズ区分についてのお問い合わせにはご対応いたしかねる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
Size category assignments are determined at our discretion, and we may be unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding specific size classifications.

5. 納品書・請求書について（ペーパーレス）/ Delivery Note & Invoice (Paperless)

当店では環境保護の観点から、紙の納品書の同梱を省略しております。ご注文内容・お支払い金額等につきましては、ご注文確認メールをご確認ください。
To support environmental sustainability, we do not include a paper delivery note with shipments. Please refer to your order confirmation email for order details and payment amount.

法人・自治体のお客様など、納品書・請求書が必要な場合は個別に発行いたしますので、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
